*Marketing Coordinator – Healthcare / Medical Sector*
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our growing healthcare team.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about branding, patient engagement, social media marketing, and business growth strategies. The role involves coordinating marketing activities, supporting promotional campaigns, managing digital presence, and working closely with management to improve patient acquisition and retention.
*Key Responsibilities*
- Coordinate daily marketing activities for both centres
- Manage social media posting and campaign schedules
- Coordinate with designers, agencies, photographers, and doctors
- Track inquiries, leads, bookings, and conversions
- Follow up on missed appointments and pending treatments
- Support camp activities and corporate tie-ups
- Monitor Google reviews and online reputation
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports
- Coordinate promotional offers and patient engagement activities
- Maintain branding consistency across all platforms
- Support management in improving occupancy and patient retention
- Website content management
- SEO / SEM coordination
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Previous experience in marketing or coordination roles preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of social media marketing and digital advertising
- Ability to multitask and work independently
Preferred
- Experience working with clinics, medical centers, dental centers, or healthcare organizations will be considered an added advantage.
