Brand & Content Specialist Full Time NEW

SANZEN is looking for a Brand & Content Specialist to join our growing Marketing Team in Dubai.

This is not a basic social media role. We are looking for a strategic content and brand professional who can manage the full content calendar, build a consistent luxury brand voice, and create compelling Arabic & English content across all marketing channels.

You will work directly with the Marketing Director alongside the Performance Marketing and Creative Multimedia team to support campaign execution, project launches, and brand communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and own the monthly content calendar across social media, website, email, CRM, and paid campaigns
• Write high-quality Arabic & English content including captions, ad copy, landing pages, email campaigns, WhatsApp broadcasts, brochures, and presentations
• Maintain and develop a strong and consistent brand voice across all communication channels
• Coordinate with the Creative Multimedia Specialist for video and content production requirements
• Manage organic social media posting and community engagement across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Snapchat
• Support paid marketing campaigns with ad copy variations and campaign messaging
• Review and approve content before publication to ensure brand consistency and quality standards
• Organize and maintain a structured content and copy library for future campaigns

Requirements:

• Arabic fluency (Read, Write & Speak) — Mandatory
• Strong English copywriting and communication skills
• Minimum 3 years experience in branding, content, copywriting, or social media strategy
• Experience managing content calendars and campaign planning
• Experience in luxury real estate, hospitality, lifestyle, or premium brands preferred
• Knowledge of Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and digital campaign content requirements
• Experience with AI writing tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, or Claude is an advantage
• UAE market experience and Dubai real estate knowledge preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, lean, and creative environment
