We are looking for a proactive and organized Junior Executive Human Resources to support our HR operations, mainly focusing on recruitment, onboarding, employee development, and HR reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (posting, screening, interviews, hiring).
• Maintain and update applicants’ database and archive CVs systematically.
• Prepare job offers and complete all hiring and onboarding procedures.
• Register new employees and maintain accurate HR records.
• Prepare HR reports and presentations using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Coordinate performance appraisal processes and track evaluations.
• Support annual performance reviews and salary review processes (non-payroll).
• Organize training programs and coordinate onboarding & employee development.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and support managers with HR guidance.
• Prepare HR analytics reports (turnover, leave balances, org chart updates) and communicate HR decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
• 0–1 years of experience in HR (No Experience need).
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Good in Microsoft Office .
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
