Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an FP&A Analyst/Senior Analyst for an Abu Dhabi. based business The FP&A Analyst (Sr.) will be responsible for managing end to end budgeting and forecasting cycles, building and preparing top quality management and board dashboards and presentations, exploring and leveraging AI tools and capabilities to revamp reporting cycles, preparing financial models, providing financial analysis, support pricing models building, and supporting strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will contribute to improving financial planning processes and strategies.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant FP&A experience
• Very strong skills in Financial Planning and Budgeting & Forecasting best practices
• Ability to self manage end to end planning and forecasting cycles
• Tech savvy and self driven approach to explore, learn, and adopt latest AI tools
• Experience with Financial Modeling and detailed Analytics
• Proficiency in Finance and advanced Analytical Skills
• Ability to interpret complex financial data and generate actionable insights
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. CIMA or other chartered accountancy qualifications are highly desirable.
• Proficiency in analytical and financial management software tools
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Natural business story teller
• Experience in strategic decision-making and stakeholder collaboration
