ABOUT YOMN
Yomn is a social impact and innovation consulting startup based in Saudi Arabia that is now opening a second office in Beirut. We help public sector clients (generally Ministries and government entities) to improve the lives of their citizens on a variety of development goals: education, healthcare, sustainability, human rights, arts & culture, women empowerment, etc.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
- You MUST have top tier consulting experience (ideally in strategy or management consulting or for a creative/digital/comms agency)
- You are looking to ideally change career with something more entrepreneurial and that brings a positive change to society
THE ROLE
- In this role you will act as one of the Founders of the company and wear many hats: in the same day you might work on business development in the morning, conduct a couple of interviews at mid-day and help on designing a workshop session for a client in the afternoon.
- This is not the typical 9-5 job: it requires the mindset and ownership of someone who wants to build and grow a successful business, not that of an ’employee’.
- In other words we are looking for an entrepreneur who has learned the rigor and work ethics of the big consultancies / agencies.
We offer a salary + end-year bonuses + equity (after 1 year). Work mode is hybrid (but mostly remote) with some travel to Saudi Arabia required.
