General Counsel – Infrastructure Investment Platform

📍 Abu Dhabi | PPP / Infrastructure Investments

We are currently supporting a major infrastructure investment platform in the Middle East in the search for a General Counsel to join its senior leadership team.

The organisation develops and manages large-scale infrastructure concessions and PPP projects across multiple markets and is backed by significant institutional capital.

This role will oversee the legal and contractual framework across a complex infrastructure portfolio, including concession agreements, EPC contracts, O&M structures, project financing arrangements, and multi-jurisdictional corporate entities.

The position requires a highly commercial infrastructure lawyer who understands not only how to structure contracts, but how contractual decisions impact project economics, risk allocation and long-term asset performance.

At any given time the legal function may oversee 200+ active contracts across the platform.

Ideal background

Experience within leading infrastructure investors would be particularly relevant.
