About the Role

We are hiring Sports Therapists and Sports Massage Therapists to join a busy, high-energy environment with strong earning potential. You will deliver sports massage and deep tissue treatments, support client recovery goals, build strong relationships and confidently recommend follow-up sessions, packages and recovery services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sports massage and deep tissue treatments
• Support client recovery goals
• Build strong relationships with clients
• Confidently recommend follow-up sessions, packages and recovery services

Qualifications

• Sports Therapy, Physiotherapy, Biokinetics or Sports Massage Level 4+ background

Required Skills

• Strong sports massage and deep tissue skills
• Excellent English communication
• Confident, professional and client-focused
• Comfortable with shift work, evenings and weekends

Pay range and compensation package

• Competitive base salary + performance-based commission
• Strong earning potential for high-performing therapists
• Visa and QID sponsorship provided
