We are a real estate wholesale company that specializes in finding off-market opportunities and turning them into profitable deals. We work closely with real estate agents who bring us potential investment properties, and our job is to move fast, analyze the opportunity, make strong offers, and get deals under contract.
We’re looking for a sharp, hungry, and relationship-driven Acquisition Manager who can speak the language of real estate agents, build trust quickly positioning yourself as a local buyer and negotiate confidently, and ultimately push deals across the finish line.
You’ll be talking to real estate agents who are already bringing us potential opportunities. Your job is to qualify those deals, understand the seller’s motivation, gather the right property details, work with our team on numbers, negotiate the offer, and follow up until the deal either dies or gets signed. You must have that “dog” in you, aggressiveness must come naturally to you. This is a competitive business, and we need someone who knows how to push deals forward, create urgency, and do everything possible to get contracts across the finish line.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who has already been around real estate and understands how deals work.
You must have at least 1 year of real estate experience, preferably in acquisitions, wholesaling, working with agents, investment properties, or a similar sales-driven real estate role.
More importantly, we need someone with real sales drive. Someone who doesn’t just “check in” on leads but pushes conversations forward. Someone who knows that deals are usually won through follow-up, timing, confidence, and persistence.
Responsibilities
As our Acquisition Manager, your main job is to turn agent conversations into signed contracts.
You will be responsible for:
Speaking with real estate agents daily about potential off-market properties
Gathering key property information such as address, condition, seller motivation, asking price, access, and timeline
Building relationships with agents so they continue bringing us deals
Running initial deal qualification and coordinating with our team on numbers
Making verbal offers and negotiating with confidence
Following up consistently until there is a clear yes, no, or next step
Coordinating walkthroughs, offer finalization, and next steps with the internal team
Keeping clean notes and updates inside our CRM
Working with our Dispositions and Transaction Coordinator once a deal moves forward
This role requires someone who can move quickly, communicate clearly, and stay organized without needing to be micromanaged.
Compensation varies depending on experience, our current offer is $1,000 monthly salary + 7% commission on every deal spread.
Requirements
At least 1 year of real estate experience is required
Strong English communication skills with minimal accent
Confident phone presence
Sales experience or strong natural sales ability
Ability to negotiate and handle objections
Comfortable speaking with real estate agents and professionals
Strong follow-up habits
Ability to stay calm under pressure
Coachable and willing to follow a system
Self-motivated and performance-driven
Comfortable using CRMs, spreadsheets, and basic sales tools
Preferred Experience
Real estate wholesaling experience
Acquisitions experience
Agent-facing sales experience
Experience working with off-market properties
Understanding of ARV, comps, repair estimates, inspection periods, earnest money, assignments, or double closes
Experience negotiating with sellers, agents, or investors
Track record of closing deals or moving opportunities through a pipeline
Technical Requirements
