Order Structure Analysis & Insights: Conduct in-depth analysis of order structure characteristics (spatial-temporal distribution, category mix, peak/off-peak patterns, etc.), identify fulfillment efficiency bottlenecks and growth opportunities, and deliver business insights to guide strategy development.
Regional & Operational Model Design: Systematically design regional division schemes and operational models (self-operated/outsourced/hybrid) based on city characteristics and business stage, promoting model implementation and continuous iteration and optimization.
Supply-Demand Matching Strategy & Execution:Develop and implement supply-demand matching strategies covering delivery zone definition, courier scheduling, real-time dispatch, order surge control, and subsidy campaign design and execution to improve capacity utilization and overall delivery experience.
Service Solution Design & Delivery: Design differentiated service solutions for specific scenarios such as large orders, long-distance delivery, and off-peak periods; coordinate cross-functional teams including product, algorithm, and operations to drive solution delivery.
Fulfillment Strategy Product Operations: Lead the daily operations and performance tracking of fulfillment strategy products; drive parameter tuning and product feature iteration to ensure strategy tools remain aligned with evolving business needs.
Job Requirements :
6+ years of experience in Logistics (First mile& Last mile) strategy, Logistics Operations strategy, in Food Delivery or instant delivery industries, including 2+ years of team management experience.
Proven experience in order structure analysis, supply-demand modeling, and operational model design.
Solid understanding of the end-to-end delivery fulfillment chain, with in-depth knowledge of core strategy scenarios such as scheduling, dispatching, and surge control.
Strong data analysis capabilities; able to drive strategy development and performance evaluation through data.
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Demonstrated experience in delivery (on demand/ instant logistics); strong understanding of delivery operations workflows and fulfillment strategy logic
Experience managing cross-cultural teams.
Familiarity with strategy-product and algorithm collaboration workflows, such as dispatch algorithms and ETA estimation is prefered
