The Role:
We are seeking a high performing professional to take up an Affiliate Manager role and join our rapidly expanding Global Business Development Department. As a Business Development Manager with Crystal Ball Markets, you will help to grow our reach in the Latin American market in general and trading volumes/revenues generated from affiliates and Introducing Brokers (IBs) in particular. Working within the Business Development Team, you will scout and onboard new affiliates and introducers, as well as manage relationships with existing affiliates/IBs.
Responsibilities:
• Source and convert opportunities with new Clients, Affiliates/IBs from various states across countries in Latin America
• Structure Affiliate/IBs Commissions, Terms and Incentives
• Grow and manage relationships with high-flying affiliates/IBs
• Motivate and incentivise non-performing affiliates/IBs
• Meet specific targets set by Executive Management
• Support ongoing marketing initiatives and campaigns
• Drive and monitor affiliate/ IB performance to prevent referral fraud
• Oversight and coordination of affiliate/IB pay-out
• Contribute ideas and initiatives towards improving the affiliate/IB program
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role in Latin America, within the online FX/CFDs/Crypto industry. Experience as a Business Development Manager or Affiliate/IB with an Offshore brokerage an added advantage
• Good Command of Spanish, Portuguese or English Language (Both Oral and written)
• Impeccable Marketing Skills with the ability to create new opportunities
• Self-Driven, with Can-Do Attitude, Ability to work without being micro-managed, willingness to work 100% remotely
• Knowledge of regulations affecting different financial jurisdictions is an added advantage
