Role Description
This Freelance Instructor (Pilates & Yoga) role is a contract, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi for our client’s Studio. The instructor will be responsible for leading engaging and safe Pilates and yoga sessions for groups and individuals, tailoring exercises to accommodate client needs and fitness goals. Additional responsibilities include demonstrating proper techniques, offering modifications, and fostering a positive, inclusive environment that enhances customer satisfaction. The role requires strong communication skills to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional service during their wellness journey.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Pilates Instruction and Group Exercise facilitation
- Knowledge of Physical Therapy principles and ability to ensure safety during sessions
- Experience in Teaching and providing structured wellness or fitness programs
- Proficiency in Customer Service and building client relationships
- Certifications in Pilates, Yoga, or other relevant wellness/fitness disciplines
- Ability to adapt sessions for diverse fitness levels and individual needs
- Familiarity with current fitness trends and practices is an advantage
- CPR or First Aid certification is highly preferred
