The Role
At qlub, our Sales & Operations team sits at the heart of market growth. The role is a hybrid between commercial activation and operational execution, making sure restaurant partners are not only signed, but successfully onboarded, trained, supported, and actively using qlub.
As we newly launch into the Egypt market, we are looking for an Operations Executive who can support both sides of the journey. You will help identify and engage restaurant partners, explain the value of qlub, support onboarding and go-live, train restaurant teams, and provide hands-on support during live service.
This is a field-based, client-facing role where you will spend much of your time visiting restaurants, building relationships with owners and managers, solving problems on the ground, and ensuring partners have a smooth experience from first conversation through to successful adoption.
As part of a new market launch, you will play an important role in helping us build strong foundations in Egypt by combining sales support, operational execution, partner relationship management, and market feedback.
