Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Freight Forwarder Operations Assistant. The individual in this role will manage daily operational activities related to freight forwarding and export processes. Key responsibilities include coordinating freight transportation, liaising with clients to ensure excellent customer service, managing documentation, and maintaining comprehensive records for shipments. The role will also require collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless and timely delivery of goods.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Freight Forwarding and Freight Transportation processes.
• Knowledge and experience in Forwarding and Export operations.
• Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
• Exceptional organizational abilities to handle documentation and maintain accurate shipment records.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with international shipping regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems used in the logistics industry is desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is an advantage.
