Job Title: English Teacher Trainer – English
Location: Head Office (Nasr City)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced English Teacher Trainer to lead the development and performance of our English instructors across multiple branches. The role focuses on delivering high-quality training sessions, conducting teaching demos, and ensuring consistent instructional standards across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver training programs for new and existing English instructors
- Conduct teaching demos and model best practices in the classroom
- Evaluate instructors’ performance through observations and assessments
- Provide coaching and constructive feedback to enhance teaching quality
- Ensure alignment with the company’s academic standards and teaching methodology
- Identify training needs and develop action plans for performance improvement
- Support branch operations by maintaining consistent teaching quality across all locations
- Collaborate with Academic Management to improve curriculum delivery and student experience
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Education, Linguistics, or related field preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience in English teaching/training
- Previous experience in training instructors is a must
- Strong command of English (spoken & written)
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to observe, evaluate, and give structured feedback
- Experience in conducting demos and practical training sessions
- Certifications such as CELTA is a strong plus
