Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and proactive Dispatcher to support our last mile delivery operations in Saudi Arabia. The role will be remote from Egypt, where the dispatcher will monitor orders, assign deliveries to drivers, and coordinate with the operations team in KSA to ensure smooth and efficient deliveries within the required SLAs.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor incoming orders and assign them to drivers based on location, SLA, and capacity Track deliveries in real time to ensure on-time performance Communicate with drivers to resolve operational issues or emergencies Coordinate with the operations team in Saudi Arabia to manage daily workloads Handle exceptions such as delays, cancellations, or failed deliveries Ensure optimal routing and driver utilization Maintain service quality and meet operational KPIs
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a delivery or logistics company (Last Mile preferred) Previous experience as a Dispatcher or Operations Coordinator Strong understanding of delivery operations and routing Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders simultaneously Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus) Experience using delivery management or dispatch systems is preferred Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
