📍 Experience Required: 5–7 years in shipping / logistics operations

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Shipping Operations Supervisor to oversee daily shipping activities and ensure smooth coordination between clients, carriers, and internal departments. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supervising operational workflows and ensuring efficiency across all shipping processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily shipping operations and ensure smooth workflow execution

• Coordinate shipment movements from pickup to final delivery

• Oversee communication with clients, carriers, and logistics partners

• Ensure accuracy and compliance of all shipping documentation

• Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve operational delays

• Maintain accurate operational records and system updates

• Coordinate closely with customs clearance teams to ensure timely processing

• Ensure adherence to company procedures and operational standards

• Prepare operational and performance reports when required

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in shipping or logistics operations

• Strong knowledge of shipping processes and documentation

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Strong English language skills (written & spoken)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Customs clearance knowledge is a plus
