Role Description

The Microsoft System Administrator (Infrastructure) is a full-time (On-site – Awqaf Authority) project role based in Riyadh. As a Microsoft System Administrator, you will be responsible for the stable operation, configuration, and maintenance of the Microsoft infrastructure at the Awqaf Authority. You will work within the Riyadh-based support team to ensure high availability and security of core identity and cloud services.

Technical Responsibilities

• Identity Management: Manage and maintain Active Directory (AD), including Group Policy Objects (GPO), schema management, and site topology.
• Federation Services: Configure and manage ADFS (Active Directory Federation Services) to support Single Sign-On (SSO) and secure external access.
• Cloud Integration: Administer and optimize Azure environments, focusing on identity synchronization (Azure AD/Entra ID) and cloud resource management.
• System Maintenance: Perform regular health checks, patching, and security hardening of Microsoft Windows Server environments.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in System Administration and managing IT infrastructure
• Strong expertise Active Directory, Office 365,and Azure
• Proficiency in Server Administration and Technical Support
• Proven ability in Troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure-related issues
• Solid understanding of Information Technology principles and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) or equivalent, are a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of an on-site team
