·       Supervise MEP maintenance and troubleshooting
·       Oversee pump, plumbing, and firefighting systems
·       Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance
·       Lead technicians and coordinate site activities
Requirements:
·       Diploma in Mechanical/HVAC
·       Proven MEP/HVAC supervisory experience
·       Strong plumbing, pump & firefighting experience (Mandatory)
·       FM company experience is mandatory
