As an expert in Ancillary Revenue and Merchandising, you will act as the strategic architect of Etihad’s non-fare revenue streams, driving the end-to-end development of innovative products that enhance the guest journey and maximize Revenue per Passenger (RevPP). This high-impact role sits at the intersection of Digital, Sales, and Airport Operations, leveraging AI and Machine Learning to deliver hyper-personalized offers—from branded fare optimization to 3rd-party partnerships like travel insurance and car rentals. You will be responsible for monitoring commercial performance, identifying new market opportunities, and implementing sophisticated merchandising strategies across all digital channels to ensure Etihad remains a leader in global aviation retailing.
