**🚨 WE ARE HIRING – DISPATCHER (OIL & GAS)**
We are looking for a **highly organized and proactive Dispatcher** with experience in the **Oil & Gas industry** to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination of field operations and logistics.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily dispatch operations for drivers, equipment, and field staff
- Monitor vehicle movement and ensure timely deployment to job sites
- Maintain real-time communication with site teams and management
- Prepare and manage dispatch schedules, reports, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with HSE and company operational standards
- Handle emergency dispatch situations efficiently and professionally
🔹 Requirements
- Proven experience as a Dispatcher in the Oil & Gas industry
- Strong knowledge of logistics, transportation, and field coordination
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and dispatch/logistics systems
- Knowledge of Kuwait routes and regulations is an advantage
- Age below 40
