Role Description
We are seeking a Watchman for a full-time, on-site position located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Watchman will oversee the safety and security of premises, monitor surveillance systems, control access points, and conduct regular security checks. Responsibilities include reporting unusual activities, ensuring adherence to onsite security protocols, and maintaining accurate logs of daily occurrences to ensure property protection and a safe environment.
Qualifications
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to monitor and efficiently operate security and surveillance systems
- Proficiency in maintaining reports and written documentation
- Problem-solving abilities, decision-making skills, and quick response capabilities
- Physical fitness to perform patrols and respond to incidents
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a similar role or security field is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of safety protocols and emergency procedures
