Vendor Success Specialist

We’re hiring a Vendor Success Specialist to support vendor operations, onboarding, activation, and day-to-day issue resolution.

What we’re looking for:

• 2–4 years of experience in marketplace or e-commerce environments
• Hands-on experience in vendor onboarding and activation
• Good commercial understanding of commissions, promos, and pricing
• Strong follow-up skills and SLA awareness
• Good communication skills with strong English
• Comfortable working with data and tools
• Proactive, resilient, and vendor-focused

Key responsibilities:

• Support vendors in daily operations
• Track and escalate operational issues
• Monitor order performance and SLA adherence
• Share feedback and insights with internal teams
