MyWay Digital Health (MWDH) is a UK origin venture backed Software-as-a- Service (SaaS) company with a chronic care disease management platform for cardiometabolic conditions that integrates with health care providers to provide (1) a patient facing app to capture and process data for personalized action recommendations and (2) a clinician facing app which enables remote monitoring and intervention alongside a digital education resource library.
There are first public and private sector contracts live in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with the plan to scale in both domains in country and so business development activities to achieve this end by a bilingual (Arabic/English) driving sales on the ground.
Salary: Up to 350,000 SAR per annum depending upon experience

Role Summary & Key Responsibilities
• Outreach Coordination of KSA potential customers
• Handle Escalation within country raised by project managers with current customers with a view to evolving to manage employees as General Manager in future
• Stakeholder Management of current business partners and their needs
• Quality Control of sales and outreach materials, reviewing current and helping to produce future content ensuring it is culturally appropriate
• Risk Management in identifying potential risks early with potential customers and suggesting feedback to company where required
• Project Management to lead on proposals for business development, scoping initiatives with partners and planning implementation
• Documentation and Reporting including advanced project planning, reporting project progress in real time and creating insightful post project evaluations.
• Presence and Presentation as in country representative of the country to be able to act as local CEO in building business and brand at all times
• Cultural Sensitivity to create sustainable and deep relationships
Skills, Experience, Education and Person Specification
Experience
Essential
• 2+ years previous experience of successful Project Management in KSA
• 2+ years previous experience of successful Business Development in KSA
Desirable
• Working in or with a scaling company in a start-up environment
• Working in a healthcare company (technology or other type)
• Working in healthcare settings (hospital and clinics) and meeting clinical and management stakeholders in public and private healthcare sectors
Skills
• Communication skills in conversation, presentation and writing
• Organization skills to plan projects and utilize relevant software
• High proficiency with Microsoft suite of Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
Education
• Bachelor’s Degree (any subject)
• Optional for Post Graduate Degree (any subject, preferably healthcare)
