We are currently hiring a Female Call Center Agent to join our growing team in a professional customer service environment.
Job Description:
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries related to aviation training programs and services.
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding course details, schedules, fees, and enrollment procedures.
- Deliver prompt and effective solutions to customer issues while maintaining professionalism and courtesy at all times.
- Record and update all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Follow up with prospective students to support a smooth application and enrollment process.
- Coordinate with internal departments to escalate and resolve complex customer cases when needed.
- Achieve daily and monthly call targets and meet performance KPIs.
- Participate in continuous training sessions to stay updated on aviation programs and customer service standards.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights to help improve service quality.
- Ensure strict confidentiality and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in a call center, customer service, or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
- Professional demeanor and a customer-centric attitude.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and call center technology.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
