Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Jeddah for an HR Team Leader. The HR Team Leader will oversee daily HR operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Key responsibilities include recruitment, facilitating employee relations, implementing and monitoring HR policies, managing personnel, and promoting an inclusive workplace culture. This role demands leadership, strategic thinking, and consistent collaboration with all levels of the organization to support employee success and organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Saudi nationality is required.

• Minimum 4 years of HR experience within the FMCG industry.

• Excellent leadership and organizational skills with the ability to lead and support the HR team effectively.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with employees and management at all levels.

• Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Fluency in English is mandatory.
