You will be responsible for the entire engineering function in this property with a team of 20 supporting you.

Who We’re Looking For

5 Years experience as Engineering Manager / Chief Engineer – Essential

Degree in Mechanical / Electrical engineering – Essential

Previous experience in GCC – Desirable

Previous experience within hotels – Desirable

Excellent technical knowledge of BMS, Elevators, Pumps, Fire safety, Chillers & Generators, – Essential

Detail oriented, highly organised and the ability to work to deadlines whilst responding to ad-hoc priorities – Essential

Working experience of refurbishments & proactive / cyclical programmes – Essential
