Assistant Architect Full Time NEW

Maroon Architects is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Assistant Architect to join our growing team.

We work on luxury residential, interior design, landscape, and high-end fit-out projects across the GCC, and we’re looking for someone who is creative, organized, and eager to grow within a fast-paced design environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in architectural and interior design development

• Prepare presentations, mood boards, and concept studies

• Support in 2D drawings, space planning, and detailing packages

• Assist in 3D modeling and rendering production

• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and consultants

• Participate in site visits and project follow-ups

• Support BOQ preparation and material selection

• Work closely with the design team on luxury villas, palaces, and interior projects

• Assist in preparing client presentations and design documentation

Software & Skills:

• AutoCAD

• SketchUp / Revit

• Lumion / V-Ray / Enscape or similar rendering software

• Photoshop / Illustrator / InDesign

• Good design sense and presentation skills

• Strong attention to detail and organization

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks

Preferred:

• Interior design knowledge is a plus

• Arabic and English communication skills

• Passion for luxury architecture and unique design concepts

• Experience in luxury residential projects is highly preferred
