Role Description We are seeking a highly skilled English Customer Service professional with a B2-C1 proficiency level to join our team on a full-time basis. This on-site role is located in Qesm El Maadi. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer support, resolving inquiries promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves communication in English, offering training, and collaborating with other departments for seamless service delivery. Qualifications Strong English communication skills (B2-C1 level) for written and verbal interactions Experience in customer service and managing customer inquiries with professionalism Proficiency in training and guiding customers or team members Knowledge of English teaching or translation is an advantage Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team Problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
