Location: Need resources from India to be placed in Dubai, UAE (onsite)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a System Administrator / Infrastructure Engineer with strong expertise in server management, Active Directory (AD), backups, patching, monitoring, and access controls. The role is focused on ensuring secure, stable, and well-maintained infrastructure environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain server environments (Windows/Linux) across production systems
• Administer Active Directory (user provisioning, group policies, access management)
• Design, implement, and manage backup and recovery processes
• Perform regular system patching, updates, and vulnerability fixes
• Monitor infrastructure health, performance, and availability using monitoring tools
• Manage user access controls, permissions, and security policies
• Troubleshoot and resolve server and infrastructure-related issues

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4-5 years of experience in system administration / infrastructure roles
• Strong hands-on expertise in server management
• Proven experience with Active Directory (AD) and access control
• Solid experience in backup and recovery processes
• Hands-on experience in patch management and system updates
• Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools and alerting systems
