Key Responsibilities
- Lead the store operations end-to-end with a customer-first mindset.
- Drive sales and ensure top-notch customer service at all touchpoints.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate the in-store team to consistently meet performance goals.
- Oversee stock management, visual merchandising, and store display strategies.
- Monitor daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Analyze sales trends and prepare periodic reports for senior management.
- Cultivate strong client relationships and build a loyal customer base.
Qualifications
- Total Experience: Minimum 10 years in retail.
- Industry Experience: Experience in Fashion or Fabrics is a must.
- Proven track record of managing a high-performing store team.
- Strong understanding of ethnic fashion trends, fabrics, and customer preferences.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in inventory software and POS systems is a plus.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of Retail Apparel and Fashion experience
