Job Title: Registered Nurse – Industrial Medicine
Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Registered Nurse – Industrial Medicine to provide occupational health services at an industrial site in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering primary healthcare, emergency response, and promoting workplace health and safety in compliance with UAE regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first aid and emergency medical care to employees at the worksite
- Conduct pre-employment and periodic medical examinations
- Monitor and manage occupational injuries and illnesses
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Coordinate with physicians and external medical facilities when required
- Support health promotion and wellness programs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE healthcare regulations
- Monitor workplace hazards and assist in implementing safety measures
- Participate in emergency drills and preparedness activities
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSc Nursing)
- Valid MOH License or Eligibility (mandatory for Ras Al Khaimah)
- Minimum 2+ years of nursing experience (industrial, ER, or ICU preferred)
- Certification in BLS (Basic Life Support); ACLS preferred
- Strong clinical and emergency response skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in remote or site-based environments
