– Lead proposal preparation (technical & commercial)
– Analyze RFQs and tender documents
– Prepare BOQs and cost estimates
– Coordinate with procurement and vendors
– Participate in clarifications and negotiations
– Improve proposal templates
Job Requirements
– Strong knowledge of wastewater treatment technologies
– Experience in EPC projects is required
– Strong cost estimation skills
– Excellent English writing skills
Additional Requirements:
– Experience in full EPC proposals is mandatory
– Candidates may be required to complete a technical case study
