Remote Operations Analyst – Platforms Full Time NEW

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Analyst to remotely monitor and analyze ordering platforms such as Drivu, Beanz, Keeta, Talabat and others.

Key Responsibilities:

* Track daily orders, sales, and cancellations
* Analyze performance changes and identify issues
* Reconcile data between platforms, POS, and bank records
*     Monitor platform KPIs and recommend improvements to increase sales and overall performance
* Prepare clear daily/weekly reports

Job Requirements

Requirements:

* Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong numerical and analytical skills
* Basic understanding of POS systems is a plus
