1. Complete tasks related to connecting and powering up computer cables.
2. Check the functionality of computer peripherals (keyboard, mouse, etc.).
3. Install network cables and ensure their relocation.
4. Monitor network infrastructure, including hardware such as network adapters, DVR systems and their cables, and ADSL networks.
5- Completing maintenance of internal networks and cameras in branches and following up on repairs to ensure optimal performance.
6- Providing assistance and support to branches by phone throughout the day when a branch visit is not possible, in non-emergency situations.
7- Relocating malfunctioning computers to the branch for repair and return in good working order.
8- Maintaining primary operations at the branches and attending management only when needed or to prepare a report on completed tasks upon request.
