Job Description
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Manage key accounts within modern trade retail chains
- Negotiate commercial deals, pricing, and trade agreements
- Supervise and support a team of sales representatives
- Monitor daily field activities and team performance
- Ensure product availability and avoid out-of-stock situations
- Execute in-store promotions and trade campaigns
- Improve product visibility and shelf positioning
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and buyers
- Analyze sales reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Prepare regular performance and sales reports for management
- Identify opportunities for business growth within existing accounts
- Coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure delivery
- Develop new accounts within the modern trade sector
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 5–7 years of experience in FMCG sales (preferably Modern Trade)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
- High level of patience and ability to work under pressure
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong ability to deal with different customer personalities
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work under sales targets and tight deadlines
- Leadership skills to supervise and motivate a sales team
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data
- Good command of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
- Flexibility for fieldwork and traveling between branches
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- High discipline, commitment, and strong work ethic
