Role Description

Pierre Marcolini Saudi Arabia is hiring Sales Associates and Waitstaff for a full-time, on-site role in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for offering an exceptional customer experience by delivering world-class service and product knowledge. Daily tasks include assisting customers with product selection, ensuring displays are well-merchandised, managing customer transactions, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the store or café area, and working collaboratively within a team to achieve sales and service objectives. The role also involves providing insights into the products’ unique qualities and the Maison’s story to create memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills, including the ability to engage with customers professionally and courteously
• Sales and product knowledge skills, including the ability to explain product features and descriptions
• Cash handling, point-of-sale operations, and attention to detail
• Teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively in a professional environment
• Knowledge of or interest in premium confectionery or luxury food products is a plus
• Prior experience in sales, hospitality, or food and beverage is highly desirable
• Fluency in English required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage
