Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh for a Back Office professional. The role involves managing back-office operations, supporting both sales and finance teams, and ensuring seamless customer service. Daily tasks include data entry, processing orders, maintaining records, coordinating with clients, and assisting various departments to optimize operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Back Office Operations, including data management and administrative tasks
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams
• Basic understanding of Finance and the ability to process transactions or handle financial documentation
• Exposure to or experience in Sales-related support functions
• Proficiency in office software such as MS Office or related applications
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment
