Procurement Specialist (Contract)

Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end strategic sourcing and procurement activities
• Execute sourcing events, RFQs, and bid evaluations using SAP Ariba
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers
• Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to ensure compliance with specifications
• Maintain supplier relationships and monitor performance
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies and defence industry standards

Hands-on experience required (sourcing, contracts, P2P)

Experience

5–6 years in procurement/sourcing

Industry background

Manufacturing, Aerospace, Automotive, or Defence, Oil & Gas Manufacturing or similar industry

Education

Engineering qualification (mandatory for Specialist level)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in defence or naval procurement
• Certified in procurement (CIPS, CIPM, CIPP, etc.)
• ERP experience (SAP, Oracle Fusion, D365)
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
