Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end office administration and ensure smooth daily operations
Coordinate internal activities, meetings, and communication across teams
Maintain office systems, records, and documentation for operational efficiency
Ensure a well-organized, compliant, and productive work environment
Manage the employee lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding processes
Handle employee documentation, records, and HR databases
Coordinate system access, workspace setup, and employee readiness
Provide general HR support, including responding to employee queries and assisting HR processes
Support HR compliance and maintain confidentiality of employee information
Manage office supplies, procurement, and inventory control
Handle documentation, contracts, and administrative compliance
