Specific objectives and deliverables will be agreed as part of your annual Performance and Development Review (PDR) process, the points below are a summary of your main duties and responsibilities.

Job specific responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure the availability of the application on a regular basis.
• Day-to-Day Applications Operations / administrations 
• Manage the basic deployments on the different environments.
• Basic troubleshooting and handle the operations of different applications and report any errors or bugs and participate in work around and applying solutions.
• Review and handle reported complaints and issues.
• Perform the needed OPERATIONS testing for the assigned systems.
• Oversee day-to-day operation.
• Help troubleshoot issues
