Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Specialist who can bring fresh ideas, execute campaigns, and actively contribute to company growth. This is not a passive role — we want someone who can take ownership and make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute marketing strategies (online & offline)
* Create engaging content (social media, website, campaigns)
* Work closely with the sales and specification team to generate leads
* Manage and grow our presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
* Coordinate with external agencies (design, media buying, etc.)
* Analyze campaign performance and optimize results
* Identify new opportunities in both B2B and residential markets

Requirements
* 2–5 years of experience in marketing (preferably B2B or construction-related)
* Strong understanding of digital marketing and content creation
* Creative mindset with the ability to execute ideas
* Good communication and presentation skills
* Ability to work independently and take initiative
* Experience with ads (Meta / Google) is a plus
