Role Overview

The CEO will be responsible for defining the company’s vision, driving growth, and leading execution across product, market expansion, partnerships, and operations. This role requires a strategic leader who understands both education and gaming dynamics, with deep awareness of the Saudi market, user behavior, and regulatory landscape.

Key Responsibilities1. Strategy & Vision

• Define and execute the company’s long-term vision and growth strategy
• Position the platform as a leading gamified learning solution in Saudi Arabia and the GCC
• Align product development with market demand, curriculum standards, and user engagement

2. Product & Innovation

• Oversee development of a high-quality gamified learning experience
• Ensure strong balance between educational outcomes and gameplay engagement
• Guide roadmap decisions based on data, user feedback, and market trends

3. Market Expansion & Partnerships

• Build strategic partnerships with:
• Schools and educational institutions
• Government entities
• Content providers and publishers
• Drive user acquisition and retention strategies tailored to Saudi audiences
• Represent the company in key industry events and stakeholder meetings

4. Operations & Leadership

• Build and lead a high-performing, cross-functional team
• Establish scalable processes across product, marketing, and operations
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and performance

5. Financial Management

• Lead fundraising efforts (VCs, strategic investors, government programs)
• Manage budgets, revenue models, and financial planning
• Ensure sustainable growth and profitability

6. Regulatory & Cultural Alignment

• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations in education, data, and digital content
• Adapt product and messaging to align with cultural values and expectations

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience as a CEO, founder, or senior executive in EdTech, Gaming, or Tech startups
• Strong understanding of gamification mechanics and user engagement strategies
• Experience operating in or with the Saudi / GCC market
• Demonstrated success in scaling digital products or platforms
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience raising capital and managing investor relationships

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in education, learning sciences, or game design
• Arabic language proficiency
• Familiarity with Saudi education systems and Vision 2030 initiatives
