About The Role
This role is responsible for establishing, scaling, and commercializing Workday’s partner ecosystem across the Middle East. Based in-region, you will build and execute partner strategy, driving ecosystem development, partner readiness, joint revenue growth and ensuring our partners meet their pipeline and revenue contribution targets.
This requires strong business acumen, C-level presence, an entrepreneurial, hands-on approach across all partner types – GSIs/SIs, Advisory, Sales, CSP, and Innovation partners, and high adaptability at building effective working relationships across both Workday and partner organizations.
