Junior HR Generalist (Hiring-KPIs-Operations) Full Time NEW

Job Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and hiring)
• Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Manage attendance, leaves, and daily HR administrative activities
• Develop and track basic KPIs for different roles
• Support in monthly payroll
• Support employee relations and act as a point of contact for HR matters
• Coordinate with different departments to support business needs
• Solve employee and organizational challenges in a strategic and proactive manner

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in HR (preferably as HR Generalist or similar role)
• Experience in recruitment, and HR administration.
• Familiarity with attendance and leave management systems
• Basic understanding of performance management and KPI setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
• Strategic HR mindset with ability to align HR practices with business goals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of organization and time management
• Attention to detail and confidentiality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Excellent English Communication
