Job Title: Placement Tester (On-site)
Location: Nasr City – Head Office
Employment Type: Full-time (5 days/week – 8 hours/day, fixed shift)
About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Placement Tester to assess students’ English proficiency levels and ensure accurate placement into the appropriate courses. The role requires strong language skills, attention to detail, and the ability to evaluate performance objectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct placement tests (written & oral) for new applicants
Accurately assess students’ English levels based on standardized criteria
Assign students to the appropriate course/level
Maintain records of test results and student evaluations
Provide brief feedback when needed
Collaborate with academic and customer service teams to ensure smooth student onboarding
Follow testing guidelines and ensure consistency in evaluation
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in English, Education, or a related field)
Strong command of English (B2+ / C1 preferred)
Previous experience in teaching, training, or assessment is a plus
Excellent communication and listening skills
Attention to detail and objectivity in evaluation
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions:
On-site at Head Office – Nasr City
Fixed shift (8 working hours)
5 working days per week
