Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Tindering Engineer role located in Jīzān. The Tindering Engineer will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and managing tender documents, evaluating project requirements, and coordinating with clients to ensure compliance with technical and financial standards. Responsibilities include cost estimation, technical reviews, procurement coordination, and facilitating communication between stakeholders. The role will also involve analyzing project specifications, maintaining documentation, and supporting the team in decision-making processes to meet project goals effectively.

Qualifications

• Technical proficiency in tendering, cost estimation, and procurement coordination
• 5+ years of experience is a MUST.
• Strong skills in documentation, project analysis, and compliance with technical and financial standards
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholder communication effectively
• Proficiency in relevant engineering and project management tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience with Saudization and local content regulations is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering or a related discipline
• Previous experience in tendering and project coordination, particularly within the engineering and consulting sector, is preferred
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
