We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll & Personnel Specialist to manage employee payroll, personnel records, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle monthly payroll preparation and processing
Maintain and update employee personnel files
Manage attendance, leaves, and overtime calculations
Prepare and submit social insurance forms
Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law
Handle employee contracts, hiring documents, and terminations
Coordinate with finance regarding salaries and deductions
Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll and HR policies
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in Payroll & Personnel
Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law & social insurance
