Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Supply Chain Coordinator to join our logistics team. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate or an early-career professional looking to gain hands-on experience in international supply chain operations. You will play a vital role in coordinating shipments, managing documentation, and ensuring project continuity across our operations.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary focus will be supporting the logistics lifecycle and maintaining accurate data for our international projects:

Documentation Management: Create, manage, and archive delivery notes for all shipments heading to Nigeria and Qatar.

Tracking & Records: Proactively track deliveries and ensure all signed delivery notes are collected and organized for record-keeping.

Project Protection: Monitor and ensure project protection protocols are maintained.

Inventory & Planning: Check stock availability and assess delivery timelines for both new and potential projects.

Pricing Assistance: Handle pricing requests for upcoming projects, ensuring accuracy and timely responses.

Data Accuracy: Regularly update tracking tables and logistics databases for Lebanon and Qatar projects to provide real-time visibility to the team.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 0–1 years of experience. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel (vlookups, basic formulas, and data entry).

Communication: Basic knowledge of professional email etiquette and the ability to communicate effectively with international teams.

Soft Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
