Blending Supervisor – Lubricants Full Time NEW

Job Description

Oversee day-to-day blending activities for lubricants as per production plan.

Ensure accurate dosing and mixing of base oils and additives as per formulations.

Monitor blending parameters (temperature, viscosity, batch consistency) to meet quality standards.

Coordinate with team for sampling, testing, and batch approvals.

Maintain production records, batch reports, and inventory usage.

Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of blending equipment and tanks.

Enforce HSE policies, including safe handling of chemicals and use of PPE.

Supervise and guide blending operators and helpers.

Coordinate with warehou for raw material availability.

Identify and report process deviations and implement corrective actions

Requirements:

Bachelor’s in Chemical / Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in lubricant blending or oil & gas manufacturing.

Good knowledge of base oils, additives, and blending processes.

Familiarity with MSDS, safety standards, and quality systems
