General Role Overview:
Working in entertainment complexes in Saudi Arabia, welcoming visitors and providing a high-quality guest experience while promoting and selling photography services and souvenir photos using on-site imaging and sales systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Promote and sell photography services and souvenir photos.
- Operate imaging systems, devices, and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Achieve daily sales targets and conversion rates.
- Maintain clean and attractive product displays.
- Support events and peak hours operations.
- Collect guest feedback to improve service quality.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Retail or hospitality experience preferred (not required).
- Willingness to learn and use technology systems.
